Granimator is an interactive wallpaper creator for iPad/iPhone by London digital studio, ustwo.

Ustwo invited Airside as one of the first contributing studios, to create a series of graphical and audio assets for use in the app.

My response was ‘Eyejazz’ — a library of shapes and backgrounds that can be brought together by the user on an isometric grid.

Users snap visual elements together, aiding them in creating visual compositions. Each shape has an accompanying sound which can be distorted as the shapes are scaled.

The audio was created by Airside‘s resident musician, Fred Deakin.
